The worst clinic ever! The only reason I’m giving it a star is because I have to. This is my boyfriends experience. He has never delt with a clinic this bad. He was never able to get his medication through his insurance because of a pre approval that the nurses never sent to the pharmacist!!! He got sent another prescription so it wouldn’t need a “approval” and turns out the pharmacist still needed the pre approval from the doctor! He ended up paying out of pocket for the medication because he kept having the worst pain in his ear, to the point that he couldn’t even eat because his ear infection kept getting WORSE!!! People don’t go to this CLINIC they can careless if your in pain or not!! He explained all of this to the pharmacist and insurance and they couldn’t believe why they had a system like this! It made no sense to them! Specially when they deal with these types of issues everyday! Save your time and money people.

I went in for my appointment at 10AM and had to walk out at 1:15PM after waiting for over 3 hours. Never saw the doctor. I couldn't even tell you what he looks like. Waiting that long for a basic exam is completely unacceptable. One caveat: The office staff were very friendly and good at what they do. Dr. Rossel should have more respect for his patient's time.

Rossel, M.D., entered into an Agreed Order requiring Dr. Rossel to refrain from serving as a physician for his immediate family, have another physician monitor his practice for eight monitoring cycles, within one year pass the Medical Jurisprudence Exam within three attempts. The Board found Dr. Rossel failed to meet the standard of care when he improperly prescribed medication to a close family member without maintaining an adequate medical record.

Dr. Rossel is an awesome doc. I agree that the time to see him is a bit to long but I believe just in my opinion because he actually sits there and explains to you about your health and what you need to do to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. In my opinion maybe the scheduling should be done differently like maybe adding 2 slots of follow up appts. between a full appt. because yes I do get very impatient waiting 3-4 hrs just for a refill on my rx's. Other than that I believe the staff is so awesome I wouldn't go to any other doctor cause most doctors office have a waiting period. Good Luck to those trying to get in and out.

Was here for three hours waiting in pain. And I wasn't inside yet!. Good doctor but the wait sucks.
