Fast and friendly service. I easily reserved a vehicle from the Enterprise app, drove to the location, and was in and out in under 5 minutes. I returned the Tahoe at about 11 pm that Sunday night and left the keys in the drop box. Painless process all around.nnI give them 4 starts instead of 5 because they did not have the car that I'd reserved. I reserved an economy car, and even though the app took my reservation, the location didn't have the car on the lot. The good part is that someone from the store called me right after I reserved the car to let me know that they did not have the vehicle on hand. This was actually fine because I needed a bigger vehicle anyway. I chose a Tahoe instead.

I needed a rental due to my vehicle needing repairs. My insurance covered all the daily rental fees but the day I had to get my rental you didn't have a great variety. I had to choose from an SUV that smelled like cigarettes or a Dodge Charger. I went with the Charger and although it's a very cool car, it wasn't cheap on gas. I love your company but it would've been nice to have had a wider choice. You were notified a few days before my car would go into the shop so I don't understand why there were so little rentals to choose from. Other than that I don't have any other complains. I would've given a higher star rating if it wasn't for that.

I had a second terrible experience with Enterprise, but this will be my first negative review. If you reserve a particular car at a particular location don't count on the vehicle being ready or even available on the day and time that you agreed to pick it up. They have a flawed reservation system that needs to be rectified. No single location can see any other locations inventory. That's a big problem. I reserved on a Monday for Friday afternoon pick up and the vehicle that I needed was not available where it was agreed to be even after a Wednesday confirmation check in email. If you just want a car on a whim then sure they will have something operable for you to drive off in, but don't book anything specific. CALL, CALL, CALL as much as you can to insure they will have it. Ridiculous that's all I can say. It's a company issue not specifically to this location, but this is the location I arranged for a pick up so I'm leaving my review here. Luckily AVIS was able to find me the full size pick up truck that I needed before closing time. Thank you AVIS. I learned my lesson.

My mom unfortunately did not get the name of the person oothat helped her. She went in to pick up the car and at some point another associate helped her finish the transaction. She was so happy at the level of customer service she received. The associate was amazing. The last time she did not get a good car at all!! This trip got a great car and amazing service. Thank you to this person because he was taking care of everyone. He was going able and beyond in every scenario!

Horrible service in both locations near me, in the Hobby area in Houston TX - 3 hr wait to pick up rental & did not get what was reserved as available online & once we left the parking lot the vehicle sad - Oil change needed. This rental was to be used in a long road trip. Never will I go back. I have also tried the one on 7745 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77017, service there was even worse - long wait, not enough staff & had to settle for a smaller vehicle than what I needed due to availability. - NOT WHAT I HAD RESERVED ONLINE. I have used this company in many other states & it was always great.. Houston are not so much, definitely do not recommend Houston's enterprise locations.
