They start working at 5am when the first flight at Hobby Airport is at 6am. They need to change the hours. Beside that, everything is ok.

Misfen has excellent customer service I have been dealing with him for over 7 years, need to hire more people like him who takes excellent care of his customers. I would like to also include Mary who works the front gate, she's always pleasant and very respectful. Need a person like Mary in upper management because she is certainly a problem solver and will get the job done.

Had to wait over 45 minutes in line to pick up my car. On a Saturday evening they only had one person working the counter. After finally getting to the counter I was told I had to go upstairs (wait in line again) because the car I rented was sold out. I said that’s fine can I have another vehicle, I was told I had to go upstairs and talk to a manager as the representative couldnt give me a different car as they are completely sold out of everything. After waiting in that line I was told repeatedly they have a “very small small car” available. With that being all they had available I had no choice. Had to wait in line again, to get my car.nSpent about two hours at this location. After an hour and a half I asked to cancel and was told it wasn’t possible. very frustrating experience overall . Poor planning on their part and their customers suffered.

I know that rental establishments can be very busy with cars trucks not showing up on time. and that was our situation I requested an SUV vehicle and it wasn’t available when we arrived, however our sales person Daisy went above and beyond for us and got us into what we needed and actually some thing even larger great customer service.
