Reserved a rental van on line. Well over 24 hours in advance. Arrived at scheduled time and was told sorry they do not have rental vans and that there was nothing they could do to help. No other vehicles in that price range and that maybe I should call their Webster location to see if they had anything. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

RUDE, LAZY, DIRTY CARS & BAD ATTITUDES are what you should expect from this location! I travel for business and leisure quite often and I’ve worked in customer service in the past so I usually try to give people a break on things, but this location gave me one of the worst rental car experiences of my life. One of the ladies used profanity referring to another angry customer and they immediately gave me problems from the jump. They even gave us issues when dropping it off when all we wanted to do was drop the keys off and leave lol. The car was an hour late, dirty, had a ridiculous amount of scratches on it and they were just so rude to us. Lol Look we have major credit cards, valid licenses and good insurance so we’re used to 5-10min at the desk but they were so disorganized and all over the place and arguing with every customer in the room (no exaggeration) that it took us over an hour ud83dude42.... DO BETTER Hertz!

Horrible place to rent a car. I was picked up from the collision center with a car the smelled of smoke. The windows had to be down the whole time, because the smoke smell was so strong you can smell it through the mask.nThe car they put me in smelled like smoke. The inside of the car was filthy. Thank goodness my vehicle was only gone for a couple of days. My daughter(who has asthma) could not ride in the rental car with me, due to cigarette smell.nCould not open the trunk with the remote, the remote said to hold to open trunk, but you still have to push a button on the back of the trunk to open. Went to location to get help to open the trunk, after I was told that they could not help me over the phone cause different cars open different ways. Waited 30 minutes outside because the door was locked and there was no one there on a Thursday, when the sign said close at 4 and it was 11:45, no sign saying out to lunch. Called Monroe location and they said they could not help me I would have to take it to Gulf freeway location, since I got it from there. Worst rental experience ever.
