Our flight got in late. The gal that helped us at the desk and the shuttle driver were so friendly and personable that they put our minds at ease after a long day flying. Picking up and returning the car was a breeze. The car was dirty but we didnt mind.

I received amazing customer service from Manager Desney, Patricia Harrison, and Joshua at William P Hobby Avis Car Rental. They brought the van to me and helped me load my party and all of our belongings. The van was immaculate inside, which was much appreciated. I have never had such wonderful service at any location. The Avis crew at William P. Hobby airport is awesome.

Rent there monthly Pretty standard service. Preffered booth rarely to never attended so forced to got to main desk and have to wait in line. Staff could use some more customer service training. Always seem to have attitudes which at times makes the process uninviting and stressful.

Apparently my rental scheduled from 02/08-02/12/21 was through a 3rd party (Priceline) and after returning your vehicle in perfect condition and approximately 1.5-2.0 hours after scheduled returned I was charged an additional $83+ to my credit card in which I found to be ridiculous! It would have been more sufficient to keep the vehicle for another day or @ least charge a pro-rated daily rate rather than a 2-day car rental fee!!! I've learned to be safe than sorry & rent from businesses in which you are accustomed to doing business with rather than trying something NEW!!!

The counter at the airport wasn't open. The 6 of us had to take the shuttle to the rental/return area, only one person could go in (no benches so my ill elderly family member had to stand also), there were 2 people who were very nonchalant about the amount of time it was taking. The entire process took over an hour.
