I don’t really leave reviews, but this was horrible. Made reservations for 7 passenger van. Told them my airport landing time 6:08pm). They said everything was good to go. Got to the airport with 4 kids and car seats- only to find out they were closed... called corporate only to find out they cancelled our reservation and I could not even get it the next day... I wish I would have read reviews before hand!

Very Bad experience, Car was 3 years old and not new at all, Had tons of scratches and was all banged up, Inspection Sticker was expired and invalid, Car was very dirt I had to buy windex and paper towels to clean off the dirty black film on all the windows, after another look at the pictures i took it was the low tire pressure warning light that was on not the check engine light, however i still stand firm on the rest of my review and is backed up by the pictures i posted. This may be acceptable for their local in town clients ( ABILITY )but they definitely need to upgrade their cars for ( ACE. )

I booked ACE 14 days in advance for my family including 2 babies, got a good rate and paid my insurance in advance. When we arrived within normal working hours, followed all the instructions for pickup to no avail. Waited for 2 hrs after repeated calling. Tried taking taxi to their location, we were denied because of the size of our party. Eventually took the regular airport shuttle to the other car rentals. Because of the shortage of minivans at that location, we were had no choice but to accept the last remaining one at an exorbitant rate. We called Ace next morning to explain our ordeal and to request a continuation of our contract. I was told our record says our contract was cancelled and there is no help they can offer. Such a great beginning to a family vacation. Family vacationers beware!
