Become a hertz member super quick and easy process. Doesn't even have to talk to no one just puck your car and checkout when exiting. Be careful the price estimate is definitely different from when you return the car.

Great team and great people.nThe location was out of cars and had a long wait. The folks there did everything they could to make the experience smooth.

Waited over an hour and half for my rental. My reservation was made and paid for 3 weeks in advance. I sat there with no other customers around and a lot full of vehicles. After returning my rental, I realized I left my jacket in the back of seat, as the shuttle drove away. I waited for the next shuttle for over 30 minutes, before giving up and going to my gate. I’ve been calling this location 5 times a day with no answer. I have left messages. I’ve filled out all lost and found claims and called the corporate office. Customer Service at Dollar/Hertz is nonexistent. I will not continue to use Dollar/Hertz in the future. Enterprise is far more superior and always seems to have some ready to help.

Received rental agreement at 9:59 a.m....it is now 10:49 a.m and I still don't have a clean car that I paid for. This and a previous encounter will prevent me from every using Hertz again....no matter how cheap the prices are. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.nnThere are currently 5 people waiting for cars after receiving paperwork. And I'm now late for work. Thanks Hertz!nnEdited after lousy reply.nnI booked a full size vehicle and had to wait an hour only to be offered a Toyota Corolla. This Corolla had body damage and one of the tires had a constant slow leak.nnThis is not the way to maintain good business Hertz.
