This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time!!! The pick up and drop off were both seamless! I usually have to wait at least an half hour to 45 mins to be helped even when there is maybe only one or two people in front of me. Renting cars usually takes me forever and I always have my reservations and sometimes prepay. But not this time.nnIt was refreshing to see an establishment managed and operated so well. The team was very polished, professional, and courteous and they were all young men!!! Extremely rare!nnI was quite pleased that they valued my time and other customers as well. The team processed each customer and they had a sit for a brief moment while our cars were brought out which helped the flow. This team gets all of the stars!!!nnThis team should be the model for any organization that provides customer service because they are doing it right!nnThank You Team Enterprise at Hobby Airport!!!

Overall - Great experience.nStaff was on top of the situation (i was here right after the winter storm of 2021). Most of the cars were out, and what was there was all in god shape, and good in appearance.nMy first choice had a strong nicotine smell, and the promptly moved me over to the next available!nnGreat Job - Happy to recommend this Enterprise location

If it was possible I would have given a negative Zero rating. recently rented a vehicle from the Houston Hobby airport location and had the most unprofessional encounter with this group of people. I don’t know what the requirement is to be employed with Enterprise but as an HR professional it appears to be extremely low. Lazy doesn’t begin to describe these folks approach to their job. From the check-in to the long wait to get a vehicle to finally having to drive around the location to find someone to open the gate, thank goodness for a maintenance guy that was finally able to assist me in escape this place. Not even a welcome or thank you for using their service, unbelievable! When returning the vehicle, I just received an okay! Okay what? I had to ask if I was going to get a printed or email receipt, smh. Finally, I inadvertently left my keys in the car, I filed a report via lost and found, of course they never found my keys, surprise, surprise. Thank God, I used an old address since I’m convince my house would have been broken into by this motley crew. Avoid Enterprise at all cost, they don’t value you.

Fast friendly service compare to Illinois locationsnI was greeted at the door with welcome arms & smiles. Everyone had great attitudes and I even got recommendations on places to go while I enjoyed my vacation. Karliss & Morgan Where Awesome Fast And Great Help! I definitely will coming back when I come back to Houston!!

We had to wait 2 1/2 hours for our vehicle, which had been reserved a month in advance. In addition, a number of people who checked in after we did were assigned vehicles ahead of us. The staff kept telling us that they were processing the rentals as they came up in their computers and there was nothing they could do. The vehicle that we were assigned was in perfect condition (279 miles on the odometer!) and we enjoyed driving it; however, I will think twice about renting again from Enterprise at a busy airport. It seems they should have had adequate notice that there would be a large demand for vehicles, as they do not allow same-day rentals. Also, the staff seemed to be quite young, and one wonders whether they are adequately trained.
