I am very disappointed with the service I am getting from this location and the company. I made a reservation for a rental last night online. Everything wents smoothly, I get a wake up call this morning at 7:20 am less than three hours from the time I am scheduled to pick up the rental. Well to my surprise Mr. P informs me that they don't have any cars and I have been placed on a waiting list and I was number 10 on the list. I couldn't understand what was going on. What do you mean, I asked. Well we've been out of cars so we have a waiting list and we have to add you to it. I agreed, I then called customer service and the informed me that she experdit this over to the district manager. Four hours passed and still no call from the location nor a manager. So I called customer service and that's when I started getting the run around and even two people to hang up on me. All I wanted was to rent a car not to be treated in a way that to me is unprofessional.

The staff here is horrible. I am uncertain of the woman's name but she is very rude. Perhaps she owns this location but that way she speaks to customers is horrific. There is no way you should chastise a customer if they are late. If for whatever reason you do not have a car say that and allow the customer to move on. She was just extremely rude and I think that she is prejudice against black people and she is indeed black. Also she needs to learn to greet a customer as they enter the door properly.

I am highly upset at this particular location. They are extremely sneaky !!!!! They will try and swindle you to make you use their insurance coverage even though you have your own insurance company to cover everything for the 30-days of use. Then they charge you $15 a day without informing you that you are accumulating charges. I demanded a refund/reimbursement & they refuse to. When I returned to the location to sign off on the waiver, the employee wasn’t remorseful or anything...Then they lied and said they wasn’t open on Saturday in order for me to sign off on the waiver, so they charged me for Saturday and thank goodness I told them they bet not because of their misleading hours of operation. Another customer in front of me was having issues as well and said this place has a “frauding people” reputation.

Great staff however no driver available to take me home, not allowed in the office due to Covid, a/c broken in office anyhow. Staff allowed me to sit in a car for the a/c until I could get a ride home. Not my best experience...
