Had a really good rental experience here. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I made a reservation the same day as pick up and when I showed up for my reservation they told me that they were low on vehicles in the class I rented so they ended up putting me in a truck at no extra charge. Couldn't ask for better service.
THE MANAGER HERE Needs TO BE REPORTED AND INVESTIGATED ...HE'S SCAMMING CUSTOMERS...HE'S LYING AND MAKING HIS OWN RULES AND PRICES TO RENT VEHICLES...HE MAKES U PAY FOR INSURANCE WHEN U DON'T HAVE TO IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR OWN INSURANCE. HE DOES THIS FOR COMMISSION. HE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE ASAP!! I HAVE SEEN HIM DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND THIS TIME I HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO REPORT HIM TO THE BBB AND NEWS STATION. HE'S A NIGERIAN CON ARTIST...SHAME ON HIM FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMERS!!
Worst experience. I had a reservation for today @6pm. They waited all day to call me 2 hrs until my pickup time to tell me they have NO cars available for my trip that I’m taking early tommorow. I already booked events that aren’t refundable so I am out money because your lack of urgency. Shame on your employees and carelessness.
Second time they didn't have cars. Whats the point of making a reservation?? Only this time they cancelled my reservation and gave away my car only to offer me another reservation at a different location for the same car but conveniently more expensive. Seems like they are doing all they can to make money during quarantine regardless of who they step on.
Order ahead of time in and out great service.
