Meds are cheap but the pharmacists are slow bordering on incompetent. If you wanna save a few bucks just to wait in line for an hour this is the place.

You can send your Rx in 5 days in advance and arrive to pick it up and it's still not filled. They let you know it will be 20-25 minutes which turns into 40 minutes.nn60% of the time my medications are not in stock (and they are common ones). They'll tell you the expected arrival date but never call younnIt has gotten to the point where my doctor is showing me that she sent scripts in because Costco will say they never received anything.nnWhat is to difficult with this?

I have had two different experiences with this particular Costco pharmacy. The first one was very positive. My husband had a prescription sent there. I called it in before they were even open and the woman was very friendly and helpful. We went to pick up the prescription and they didn't have a 3 month supply, so they gave us a 2 month supply. Not a big deal. The price of the medicine was MUCH less than Target, and we don't have health insurance so it makes a big difference.nnThis time around, I needed a prescription for eye drops for conjunctivitis. The man on the phone was pretty rude and seemed very busy and bothered that I was checking to see if my prescription was ready. Doc hadn't even called it in yet. My husband went to pick up the prescription, they told him it would be done in 30 minutes, waited next to some smelly yocals, and after 30 minutes they told him they were out of the medication (both drops and gel!), and that we would have to find a different pharmacy.nnPros: super inexpensive even without health insurancenCons: out of stock of basic medicines, rude staff, busy

Great service.nI needed a copy of my flu shot record from months ago for my job and the staff went above and beyond in order to make sure it got to my doctor.
