Always excellent service from the friendliest people. Pay attention to the entry signs to know which line to get in to avoid problems as some reviewers have mentioned.
Waited in line for 5 minutes just to be told by the cashier serving me that she was not allowed to leave the register to go and collect a textbook for purchase. She informed me that i would have to proceed to wait in another line which was literally forming out of the door. I left learning how customer service should not be approached.
