We love it here. Quiet and family oriented place. Been here over a year now and not 1 issue or problem. Our 2 boys even made friends with the neighbors kids. Its safe here. Would give it a 10 star rating if we could. Thank you

I currently live here, best mobile home community in Dickinson hands down. Best management ever, super friendly always attentive and they keep the residents in the know of what’s going on all the time. Made a lot of renovations, really spruced up the place. So thankful for the new owners.
