Flawless Floors

Flawless Floors refinished our main level floors. We changed the stain color which brought out the wood grain beautifully. Each and every member of the flooring crew was pleasant to work with and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! We will definitely have them back to do the second floor.

We HIGHLY recommend Flawless Floors!!! We hired them to refinish and stain our entire house. Ian was incredible to work with. He and his team are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. From the time I emailed Ian for a quote until the job was finished, he was quick to respond to messages and kept us in the loop. Ian even recommended stain that he thought would look the best with the decor and furniture we own. We ended up taking his recommendation and are still in awe of how amazing it looks. He emailed us regularly regarding when to expect him and the team at our house throughout the entire project. If he says he will be there or will do something, he will deliver! We have had some pretty terrible experiences with home improvements and we pre-warned him that we would be demanding and expecting perfection. He didn’t take this lightly and even went above and beyond our expectations! We even had a team of painters coming in directly after him to paint the entire house after all of our floors were completed and even the painters were impressed with how Ian and his team handled themselves and with how well the floors came out. We wake up every morning and when we return from work in the afternoon we have to comment on how fabulous our home looks now and that is all thanks to him and his crew. Thank you so much Ian for making this house into our dream home! It was truly a pleasure to work with you and we will be referring you to all of our friends and family! LOVE Flawless Floors! They did all of our floors 12 years ago and I would not have called anyone else when I ripped up carpet to expose hardwood underneath. They were quick, neat and the floors look fantastic! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants anything done to their floors.

In early 2017, I took a wall down between a very small den and a small kitchen to make a larger, more enjoyable space. The den had the original red oak flooring that my father had installed from 1946. Ian, of Flawless Floors, came in, took measurements and made some useful suggestions. The stock arrived to acclimate for a week or so, and then Ian and his crew refinished the original floor, matching the new red oak to the old -- seamlessly! For all 3-coats, he arrived on time, was polite, and very knowledgeable. The quote was fair. Every question was answered in a timely and professional manner, and the finished product is wonderful! Compliments galore! I highly recommend Flawless Floors to everyone and anyone needing any floor work done. Awesome job!
