A1 Exterminators | Pest Control Solutions

June 2020. This is our second experience with A1 exterminators. A little over a year ago in our last house (Brockton MA) we had a severe carpenter ant/swarmer problem. The best call we ever made was to A1. I wrote a great review about that as well, I'm sure you could find it. That one was A1 from Lynn MA.nSo, now this year we bought our new home in Leominster MA and we are in a much more rural area. We have been seeing bugs we have never seen in our lives out here! Ick. However, our main issue this time was hornets swarming in through our AC vents. Terrifying right? So we called A1 back, a no brainer. They are the best out there, the most affordable and they get you on the schedule within a day or two depending on the severity. Frantz came out and was friendly, knowledgable and SO patient as my husband asked many questions. Frantz gave him great info, tips and we felt so confident that he really got to every inch of our property. It was a later in the day appt (around 5pm) and I'm sure he was so tired from his undoubtedly long day. But he sure didn't show it. He didn't rush through the job, he took his time and made sure he brought my husband around outside to show him some problem areas and where bugs were getting in etc. He was so thorough, we are so impressed with A1 yet again. We signed up for their pest protection plan which for us is huge peace of mind. Our individual quote based on the size of our home etc was $250 for the first visit and then every 3 months another visit for around $150 per visit. SO affordable and it covers a huge list of pests, including mice! Very much worth it and we are so happy we signed up. We asked for a quote online on a Sunday and within 2 hours Wendy sent us a detailed email laying out the different costs and estimates. We called her and scheduled someone to come out and it was so easy! Thank you A1… you guys truly gave us such peace of mind yet again! Thrilled to be a customer and will always refer people to you when given the chance!

Spencer came out to deal with some ants during covid, knowedgeable, professional, and prepared. Couldn't ask for any more!

We had a Yellow Jacket bee issue when we got to work today, Called A1 they sent Spencer their technician over, he was professional,thorough in his explanation of the process and making sure we were good with the solution, you do not find many technicians these days that are neat in appearance, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them highly!!

These folks have been doing my house for years for mice and carpenter ants and do a nice job at a reasonable price as compared to their competitors
