Been coming here for years for the 292 medical center route. Definitely not as crowded due to the pandemic. Busses come pretty frequently, every 15 minutes. The Q card machines are down pretty often but they do get repaired eventually.

Getting better with being on time. The afternoon busses being timely is a hit or miss but the Metro Trips app has helped a lot to see where your bus is in route! Thanks Metro!!

It is very quiet and nice not cluttered at all and empty up until I guess 4-7 park and ride passengers get in there cars

Area around it isn't the best, but seems like its still safe to leave your car. Will day the commuters who leave their cars there are rude and discourteous to pedestrians who have to ride the bus and are walking through the parking lot or on the street it's off. Been close to being hit by motorists multiple times and they seem not to understand WHO has the right of way
