Horrible service at this location for years and years. Looks like corporate doesn't care about this one. Hour and a half for cold pizza is not acceptable. Go to the location on West Airport Blvd in Meadows Place. Unbelievably fresh pizza every time. Better yet, order the Domino's pan pizza.
I had to change a large order I was making for the hospital and the kind gentleman named Jose was not only very polite throughout the entire phone conversation but he was able to fix the issue for me...phew! Thank you Jose and the entire Pizza Hut team for a job well done!
Pizza was absolutely terrible. It was over cooked , had no sauce on the pizza and extremely to hard to eat I also ordered bread sticks and they were over cooked as well. Will not order anything else from this place this is the 5th time my order has been burnt.
Messed up my order , should have read reviews before ordering. I should not have to double check my out order before I receive it.This should be a given. That when receiving my order it should be complete. I will hold management responsible for this.
