Sales people are very professional. Leo is soft spoken and we didn't feel any pressure to buy. Enough selection there to make picky me happy. We tested out a few recliners until we found ones that were comfortable. My husband's is a gray recliner and mine is a beige. It was a great relief to hear there is a lifetime warranty on our chairs! We were lucky there was a Great Sale was going on and we paid less for them. Leo told us we should expect our new recliners at different times due to availability but we would only pay one delivery charge of $129. We will definitely be back again. If you go, ask for Leo but Bob is awesome too!

When I ordered the couch I was told that it would take 8-10 weeks to deliver. On week 9 after not hearing anything I called the store and was told that they did not have the items yet and would have to email the manufacturer. Followed up a week later after not receiving an email and was told the furniture wouldn't arrive to the store until the end of week 12. Which was a bummer as we didn't have couch 4 months after moving. After week 12 I had to call the store again, to see where my item was. At this time they asked me to pay for remaining balance and set up the delivery. Not sure how long the item was sitting in the store. However quality of the couch is excellent, but customer service needs work.

Lazy boy of Nashua was awesome, due to the pandemic many furniture companies in the area don’t have large stock of furniture. There are restrictions on selling their floor models and order dates on many items exceed more than two months. The woman that helped up went above and beyond to find us a full set of furniture that was in stock and could get to me a fast. She was able to find the material and color we were looking for and we will have it Friday overall the experience was great and will recommend them to all my friends.

I decided to check out recliners at the Nashua NH La-Z-boy store. I couldn’t believe the vast selection and styles of recliners that there were to choose from. I sat in several chairs to get a feel for size and comfort. I was approached by a sales consultant that welcomed me and introduced himself as Leo. I told him that I was in the market for a recliner and asked a few questions. He gave me a rundown of each type and style of recliner that La-Z-boy offered and explained the differences. He asked me what was important to me in regards to my purchase. Leo then recommended several chairs for me to try out and escorted me over to them. As I sat in the chairs he suggested a two inch higher platform to accommodate my height and leg disability. Leo gave me some time alone to look over the chairs and sit in them again. He checked back with me and I told him that I was going to have to come back another time. He said no problem and thanked me very much for coming in. I was just about to head for the door and noticed a recliner that caught my eye. So we walked over to check it out. It was super comfortable and had the look that I wanted but it was too low. Leo said that’s not a problem at all we can add a 2 in base. I said that’s great and I purchased the recliner. Leo was very accommodating, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that Leo wasn’t pushy and just assisted me with making my decision. I give Leo an A+++ for customer service. Thank you!

I spend months researching what I wanted in living room furniture. Our La-z-boy Recliner we have had for over 20 years. We decided to buy our new set from La-z-boy and we know we won’t be buying another set as it will last us a very long time!nI only gave 4 stars for my experience because I just didn’t have a great experience with the sales person. They were not very welcoming. They were efficient and placed the order for me, but I was left feeling as though I wanted a different sales person.nLooking forward to my new sofa and recliners!
