Mark and the other new associate were very helpful and showed us some queen size mattresses and adjustable bases. We wanted to take a while to think about what we had seen and experienced before saying, yes. Mark suggested that we give him a $20.00 deposit to insure that the base would still be available, as the ones on sale sometimes go very quickly. We did so, and went down to our car.nnMy wife and I reviewed what she had seen online for adjustable beds and knowing the prices of those, we decided that we probably could not beat the price that we were given. We were surprised to find that the mattress that we had chosen had inner springs as well as memory foam. Others that we had seen only were memory foam. After a few minutes of discussion, we were happy that we were making the right decision and went back upstairs to the store and finished the transaction, including protective cover for the mattress, two sets of bamboo sheets and two pillows!nnWe are looking forward to getting our new bed and many nights of good sleep!

Great experience, wasn’t sure what to expect nor was I fully intending on walking out with a purchase today however our sales rep was very pleasant, actually knew what went into comfort and issues with back and shoulders as far as sleep goes. They even found an adjustable base on clearance for $700 less than full price so that was awesome too! Looking forward to some great sleep!

Mark was informative, helpful and offered advice without being pushy. Buying a mattress always seems like a leap of faith. However Mark made us feel at ease with the purchase. Offering and explaining the 120 night guarantee and warranty.

Very pleasant experience with mike my salesman he took the time to explain the difference and understand what I wanted and needed. Pointing out things to look out for wasn’t pushy at all didn’t try to upsell was more about what I wanted. He also went the extra mile calling around to see if he could find pillow protectors for me when his computer wouldn’t let him order the ones I wanted and he suggested for the pillows. He was knowledgeable on his product lines and was able to narrow my search to a few mattresses and pillows quickly once he had asked a few questions he was also the lone salesman and had two other customers and was managing all three very well I thought he didn’t ignore any of us.

Mark was nothing short of an awesome salesman. He was very easy-going, and not pushy like a lot of salesman are. Made the whole buying process incredibly easy and stress free. 10/10 will recommend him and Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a mattress.
