fail in customer services ! I went to pick up a prescription for my son he is a minor and Naomi the girl in the counter she look so lost in the computer looking for my prescription she didn't even look and told me my prescription was expire !! I called the Drs office and they told me they have the worst customer services because they don't want to check up the system . well!!! happened almost every month with my son prescription I did the line again and asked her to check the system and she told me she don't need to check again.this is incredible !!! she suggest talked to the pharmacist I did and HE FOUND IT !!!! NAOMI YOU NEED TO BE RE-TRAIN AGAIN SHAME ON WALGREEN HAVE EMPLOYEES WITH NASTY ACTITUD !! this happened Friday 2-28-20 .Walgreen in wilcrest !! please re-train your employees!! because we need buy the medicine from you !!with temper tantrum you don't resolve problem is part of your job check the system and take your time that medicine is important for the person .

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. We waited in line for 34min. with only two cars in front of us. Makes no sense

No one knows what they have in the store. They don't know if they even carry it. Three people answered the phone and continued to put me on hold. By that time I just hung up and went to cvs
