This Walgreens is really sorry, particularly the pharmacy area. They were supposed to call CVS across the street to have my prescription transferred from Walgreens is on my insurance. It has been over an hour and they did not get back with me to let me know anything!! The lady, who picked up the phone either act like she did not know what she was doing or act like she did not want to help me OR was not listening. I had to repeat myself several times.nnI have COVID and I need my medicine. I should not have to send my husband up there for them to do what they are supposed to do!! Very bad service and very incompetent staff!! That medicine I need is really important to help me get to a speedy recovery!!

Pharmacy always puts you on hold repeatedly. I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes. The 2nd window at the drive through is closed but there is no sign telling you so. I will be going across the street to CVS from now on.nnIt has now been 5 months since I left the review above. My doctor sent my prescription to Walgreens instead of CVS. Nothing has changed. It’s practically impossible to talk to anyone in the pharmacy, and they dont send notifications or call you when your prescriptions are ready.

Was there few days ago. I was printing pictures & asked Jimmy for help, in total I wanted to print out 4 pictures size 4x6. And that 1st picture that I asked Jimmy for help I wanted 5x7. Well after waiting 15 minutes in the store finally my pictures are ready & that 1st picture that Jimmy so called helped me with Didn’t print out. So I told him “Hey , where’s my 5x7 ?” That MF had the nerve to say in front of customers “you did do it right “ excuse me, he so called helped me ...??? Rude of him!!!!
