The employee Austin at this location is magnificent. He was able to get me in and out with the right rental vehicle. I was beyond satisfied with his customer service and flexibility. I also called in later to extend my vehicle rental and he was understanding and handled it quickly. I will definitely come back to this location thanks to Austin!

I personally had a bad experience. I think the employee attending to me did not know what he was doing. I booked through Hotwire which I guess is deceiving on pricing because it quoted me something much cheaper. The car that I asked for was not ready upon arrival. I ended up getting a dirty car about 1 hour later that they quickly rinsed with water. The employee input the wrong dates on my rental so the pricing was wrong. cause if I had saw the pricing for my actual dates I would not have reserved the car. There are a lot of loopholes with this company and I definitely would not recommend renting from here.

What a great experience! First time renting at the First Colony location and it won't be the last. Austin greeted me with a smile, extremely personable, positive, and professional as he met my rental needs. Just when you think customer service is a thing of the past- you walk in to Enterprise and meet Austin!

I came to the Sugar Land location in search of a rental car approximately 90 minutes after being in a fairly significant car accident, which unfortunately totaled my vehicle. Austin Smith was the associate who helped me out that day, and he was extremely patient, helpful, and very reassuring. While remaining professional the whole time, he was able to drop in a couple of quick jokes and he had me smiling when I left. Austin truly knows the meaning of great customer service and went the extra mile for me that day. When I dropped off the car at the completion of my rental 3 weeks later, Austin made it a point to come outside, say hello and check in with me while one of his associates getting the van to shuttle me back home.nnAustin (and Enterprise) won a loyal customer with this experience.
