This Avis location was great. They all took the time to explain the details of the rental agreement to us and they even were able to share a few laughs with us before we left. They also handled another customers questions and concerns while dealing with ours ,the customer had a very bad understanding of his rental agreement but Carlos and the other staff were very professional and respectful as they explained the rental policies and did their best to help him leave with a clearer understanding. Although it did not help they did all they could. He needed to understand that they have a job to do and they are only charging the rates that are due at the time of the agreement being signed they only want to provide great customer service and that's it, sometimes it is best to just go ahead and pay for unlimited miles because when you don't you will be charged for any miles you go over....and as an uber driver you should already know clearly you will need unlimited miles and that is plain and simple.
