HORRIBLE FROM COLE TO THE SUPERVISOR WHICH HE WOULD NOT GIVE HER NAME. My appointment was for 7:30am at 7:35 when I looked at my watch the supervisor looked up at me and sent him out to me when she knew I was upset she was laughing at this point no good morning or any other type of greeting just straight do you have your license, then 7:50am he walks back out to say internet down has to do it manually, I at that time went off since I had to be to work for an 8:15 patient driving from humble... 8:05 walks out to get the car with no key... brings a car said tire light on I have to switch it went back came with a car that smelled like it had a dead body in the truck along with the noise that was sounding like the engine will fall out....HORRIBLE AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER OVER THE BOTH OF THEM HE HNAGS UP THE PHONE!!!!

Very disappointing. Unprofessional people. I ended up with creepy Subaru with broken AC and terrible smell.
