Wonderful experience. Food was really good. Kind of on the small side but it was lunch portions. The server we had didn't write a single thing down but remembered 6 peoples orders perfectly. Unfortunately nobody had name tags so we didn't get his name.
I really like Chili's and the items they offer. Your server can make you have a good experience or a bad one. On 4/11/21 we had a new server helping us. We ended up having a very bad dining experience. He started off looking after us very good but later stop checking on us and then later on he started taking too long to come back.

This was my first visit to this location and it was probably the worst service I have received in over a year. After walking in, there was at least a 60 second wait until we were even acknowledged. Our waitress ended up seating us and leaving one menu (there was 2 of us). She did not return for more than 6 minutes to ask about drinks etc. We ordered. One of the 2 soups we ordered arrived with no comment as to why on the other. Minutes later the other one showed up. My entree arrived with a cup of honey mustard that was about 1/3 full meaning enough for one chicken strip. After delivery to my friend of another bowl of soup, no spoon was brought and the waitress took the other spoon even as he grabbed for it. No silverware or napkins were provided until we specifically asked, drinks weren't refilled, and part of my friends meal was never brought to the table. Just terrible. FYI, there were only 4 tables with customers in the while place so it wasn't busy.
