We visited Thanks-Giving Square and it was really nice! The architecture is beautiful, and although the chapel was closed while we were there, it was still worthwhile to stop. It is amazing that the designers were able to create such a peaceful spot in the middle of the downtown area. We entered the underground area from this square and saw what we could of that as well.

There is a ramp and stairs the access the temple which are uniquely worked into the square's esthetic beautifully.nThe square is beautiful. There are calming fountains and streams, as well as a small waterfall with seating for you to enjoy it.nOn the western side of the area there's a beautiful sculpture and mural.nInside the temple there are no drinks allowed. There's indoor seating for you, spaced 6 feet apart. It's cool and dimly lit inside. Its a quite space to reflect or practice any religion you believe in. When you visit, go inside and look up. You'll be dazzled by a gorgeous spiral stain glass ceiling.

First-time visit while taking family from out of town. It was really peaceful and quiet. Great spot for a free/no cost things to do in Dallas list.

Such a peaceful place. The stained glass ceilings in the chapel is breathtaking. The park is well-maintained with plenty of seating areas and fountains / water features

Beautiful! The Chapel was breathtaking and very calming. I was lucky enough to be the only person in there. Definitely stop by if you have the chance.
