Very nice staff and clean setting.
I’ve been a customer for about 3 years at the uptown location always receiving an amazing service but this will be my second visit with the same tech where I’m not satisfied with the service. Not what I’m used to from all other techs in previous visits at pretty kitty uptown. Not sure I want to go back
My sister is getting married on Saturday. She is a first time customer. When we arrived there was no staff at front for 15 minutes. We had to help our selves to the restroom and when doing so all rooms were open besides one. When the apt time came around finally someone showed up but yet my sister was not brought back for her apt. They demanded a credit card on file if she was late. They didn’t get my sister back until 10 minutes after the apt and all they offered was $5 off.....staff was very unprofessional and we will definitely not be back.
