I have been to so many groomers for our Golden doodle. Finally I found our groomer ‼ufe0fI love that they totally listen to how I wanted Bo groomed. He looked like beautiful show dog when I picked him up. Not to mention his ears where so clean & they did a great job on his nails. Urban Dogg is professional and they are really nice.
I have had a very positive experience with the staff at Urban Dogg. They are always super friendly and do a great job grooming my Teddi Bear. Teddi always seems to be happy when she's there and doesn't try to run away when we get there like she does at the vet. She's always really happy to see them! I intend to continue taking my pup there thanks to their great customer service!

So happy with the service my baby received at Urban Dogg. Did a lot of research in search of a reputable pet groomer in the Uptown area, and Urban dogg kept landing at the top of the list. Took my 18-weeks old puppy here for his first grooming and he loved it. The owner Wia was super welcoming and friendly. They took care of him as if he were one of their own. Pricing was extremely reasonable too. Highly recommend it.
My friend had the most unprofessional experience here. The customer journey was non existent, Normally I don’t leave reviews however I think fearless feedback is needed, I also think we forget that being a customer faced company and not providing a great customer journey is something we should refrain from. So just remember we leave a impact positive or negative we decide which one we want to provide.
