Next Level Valet and Parking

Completely worthless company who does not stand behind their work.nJust had a recent experience at a local Dallas restaurant and had my brand new truck damaged during its valet visit. Since there was not an adequate camera system on site they denied any wrongdoing. They also claimed the get out of jail card that all valets hand to you when you hand them your keys.nDon’t trust this company with your vehicle. They are not reliable and deny everything.nnTake pictures and video if you care about your car.nnConsider your self warmed against this shady organization.nnBest of luck if you have to use them

My husband and I have come across this valet company a few times, in the Dallas and Austin area. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. They have some of most genuine people working for them.

Do not park your car with Next Level Valet - Period. I went to Uchi in Dallas to celebrate Father's Day and a Birthday. Next Level Valet is the valet company that Uchi has retained to handle their valet.nnWhile we were eating, the third row seats and a few other items were stolen from the inside of my car. Uchi has a video. The video appears to show that my vehicle was not broken into but rather that the items were stolen because my vehicle was not locked. I was referred by Uchi to the valet company, Next Level Valet.nnI called multiple times but did not receive a call. I contacted Uchi again and was told not their problem they were assured by their valet it wold be handled. I spoke to the owner of the valet company who promised his associate, Hunter, would return my call. Surprise, Surprise. Hunter did not return my call. I called several more times and even spoke to the owner again. The owner said Hunter would call. Hunter did NOT call until I called several more times. Hunter then proceeded to tell me he wanted to see if the police could recover my third row seats, that I should not replace the seats because they can buy items cheaper than I can, etc, etc, etc.nnEnough, I will file suit in Small Claims Court to be reimbursed for the negligence of this company. Do NOT park your car with this company, Do NOT hire them to park cars for you. Everything may be fine until there is a problem but when there is problem, you will not like how they take care of business.
