Left my key fob in my car so I called this company. Immediately regretted it. Took 3x longer than they said they would to get here and to top it all off they charged me a different price. On the phone they said $45 only to have it raised to $125 on site. Ended up paying it because I was in a hurry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE WHAT THEY SAID. You people should be more honest with your prices. Absolutely disgusting.
I was told a certain price over the phone and when they arrived 60 minutes later the price jumped to $289 then they couldn’t even get into my house. They drilled a hole through our lock and now added $150 more in order to have a lock on my door. They were not up front on pricing. Highway robbery. When I spoke to the owner he said it wasn’t his problem. Highly DO NOT use this company.
Nessi was on time. Great help. Very understanding and he helped at a time I really needed it. It’s good to know there are still good people in the world. Great service. From the quick answering on the weekends to the gentleman showing up with great attitude and cheerful persona. Totally made me being locked out feel not so bad.
