homeless ppl ask money from you/ a gang of youngsters wanderin there/ this station feelin quite unsafe. I stayed here for one night coz I booked a room nearby on airbnb. By the night I heard a gunshot(not so near but not faraway either). And this station is quite scary. So I recommend u not to stay in this area and if you have to, do not use the public transportation.

I love the MLK Station because it is a across from the fair park and so great resturants.

Very unsafe on Saturday night. We went to this station leaving Dos Equis Pavilion and there was lots of foot traffic. A homeless man told us we should have gone to the Fair Park Station and directed us how to get there. Upon beginning to walk the way he said to go we came upon another man we saw there earlier hiding. The whole thing seemed like a setup. Luckily other people were walking up from the concert as this was going on. We still walked to the Fair Park Station after this which has heavy police presence. This stop has no police presence.
