It is the hub for changing train or bus, but there's a lot of crime around the area. Sometimes there are no police. Most of the time there is. Just be careful if coming through late in the day.

I would give a NEG 10!! IN THE MORNING he sets clock back 30 minutes and opens 30 minutes later so instead of 5am he opens at 5:30am closer to 6 am he just opened and it 5:45am. He is rude to everyone especially white and Mexican people. Very rude. Been living in thus area 6 months and haven't seen it open at 5am!!!
