This library is where all the vagrants hang out, this is a terrible library to go to. This is a place where children should not go to, it's unsafe for them. The corrupt city is doing nothing to solve this problem and it's only getting worse.
They were CLOSEDnthe website say one thingnbut in reality its just not truenI was inconvenienced
.....so many books,obviously...2nd floor secured for kiddos,dvds,movies , even music lessons on the right days...historical floors upstairs...
The birth certificate process was fast and the staff were friendly and professional. I see a lot of reviews mentioning homeless people but they aren't on the inside of the library, they're on the outside and they don't bother anyone. Also, there were many available parking meters right by the library, so the parking is $1 instead of those expensive $7 parking lots. You'll be in and out in no time, although, I agree with the person saying that there's a lot of empty space in the somewhat, outdated building.
They have just about everything here, i like to rent dvd from here. The only down side is you have a lot of bums that hang out here all day and stink up the place, Nothing against them everyone might fall on hard times but some of these people just use it for a hangout.
