Gave USAA fraudulent information about my driving record, causing USAA to lose my business. Tried to reconcile by calling a number provided by USAA and it's a ridiculous, inept computer response that is nearly impossible to navigate. LexuNexis is going to lose their clients a lot of money, if the percentage of information provided is only 5% or less inaccurate, so I think it's a safe bet to go with a smaller competitor.
Utterly ridiculous reporting. Using my ID and contact information from over TWENTY years ago! Does not have one piece of accurate reporting about me. Going to file an FTC report, contacting the BBB and hire an attorney. How can this company be considered legitimate if their reporting data is TWENTY-years old?
PUT A ACTUAL GOOD PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR DAMN COMPANY. I'M TIRED AND FED UP OF MY PHONE BLOWING UP WITH PEOPLE WANTING TO SPEAK TO LEXISNEXIS. I NEED MY NUMBER PUT DOWN FROM HERE.
