Pharmacy is wonderful. I have nice experience when I go there. I have all my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens. Everyone that works at the pharmacy has always been polite. You may have to wait but I find this to be the case at all pharmacies .

The people on the inside have some sort of attitude problem, I will no longer be using this location. They made me wait 4 hours for a bottle of antibiotics when the first lady from the first shift said it would be 2 hours only to come back to waiting in line inside behind 4 people, like what kind of service is this during a pandemic?

I dropped my prescription off the day the winter storm started. Unfortunately they lost power and had to close so it took a couple of days for them to open back up temporarily for me to pick it up. I knew going in I would be standing in line for a couple hours, which was the case. There was one pharmacist on duty, and she was phenomenal. Her prioritization of the customers in front of her, the phone ringing off the hook, and having to direct people from the drive thru inside was beyond professional and efficient. Her patience with a not so patient line of customers was commendable. Her customer service throughout was immaculate as she thanked everyone for their patience and apologized for her “slowness” the entire time, showing humility, even though she was rocking it. I can’t remember her name, unfortunately, but she was a Caucasian lady who I believe was a pharmacist. Thank you ma’am, you were great.

To counteract all these really negative reviews I would like to put forth that my own experiences with this pharmacy have been overall pleasant. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them, they have advocated for me to doctors to get refills I need that the doctor is not refilling, they are generally fast drive thru or in store as long as you don't go around 5-7pm, I got my flu shot here and the guy who gave it to me was sympathetic when I was having some high anxiety about it. I will say I have also had some bad experiences like being put on hold for 30 minutes only for someone to eventually pick up the phone and (I assume) intentionally hang up on me. Also yes I have occasionally had to wait in line when there is one to get my meds. This is the nature of going when it's a busy time. The staff are usually quite friendly and the pharmacists is always willing to answer questions I have about new medication. I genuinely think that people who consistently have bad experiences are maybe not being as patient and understanding as they could be with an assuredly overworked and underpaid staff.

Terrible service. I have never received a call from them telling me my prescription is ready and when I call them I get put on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. I transferred to the Walgreens on Frankford and Josie and the service is exceptionally better.
