Judge Chris Lopez is extremely pro-tenant in eviction proceedings. I feel he makes rulings without even looking through a lease contract that is signed by both parties and has been executed.nnI feel like more training and knowledge of the TAA lease would helpful to this precinct; in making fair rulings.nnMy case was dismissed today, after an unauthorized occupant harassed, bullied and threatened my staff. Reason? Our 3 DAY NTV was not ‘clear enough.’nnOh okay, let’s keep our staff in danger after a clear threat of personal boundaries has been made. I think he saw an attorney on the defendants case and ruled to be “safe.” Not cool. Really miss the old judge who got it and went through our lease at every hearing!!!!

Went to County Clerk office. Small room, but no wait time around 4pm on a Tuesday. My family were in and out in 15 minutes. Staff members were polite and knowledgeable. We paid for the judge to do a marriage ceremony. Not the cheapest price, but convenient location. Judge Lopez was exceptionally kind, quick, and patient with our child running around the court room. Would recommend this place.

I have used this location on several occasions to get our passports applications completed and and filed. I have used the vehicle title spot in the back to get temporary tags on my newly purchased vehicles. I have also applied and received a marriage license from this location. We did have a court house wedding inside this location with a follow up ceremony out of country on a beach overseas with family. This was a decent start for the license. There weren't too many people here when we came.

This review is in regards to the department that handles defensive driving. Each person I spoke with was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I appreciate them taking the time to help me understand everything involved.
