My experience was simple, quick, friendly and professional. My salesman Robert was very helpful and assisted me with my rental car needs. I was on and out within minutes. My return process was equally as fast. I will certainly visit Budget again!
This location is awesome! I have been consistently renting from this location for a couple of years because Peter and Robert always go above and beyond to provide the best customer service.
These guys won't refund you anything if you bring it back early, even if they did it once before. Not good customer service ignoring your customers.
My first rental experience here has been a pretty good one. My reservation was for a” standard” car, what used to be “full size” in the past. I got a complimentary upgrade to a 3,600 mile new SUV, nice ride.nService was very good this morning upon returning the car, very friendly!
Great service!! We rent cars from this Budget location whenever we need a car to do big trips. Every time we come by, no matter who is behind the counter, we always received the best service!! Love it! Patrick, the owner, always gives us the best welcoming service every time we come by. People got to try this Budget before they go anywhere else. Great service!
