Very bad service!! All I was trying to do was buy disinfecting spray. They didn’t sell it to me and the young lady I was with. I came back and they approached me like I was a crazy lady thinking I was coming for more. They made me feel very uncomfortable.

I purchased a bottle of CVS hand lotion at the Uptown location. The pump on the bottle was broken. I tried to return at this location which is closest to my house. Sassy teen clerk told me they would not refund the item because they don't carry that CVS item at that store. I called 800# customer service. A manger from that store called me the next day to reiterate that their policy is not to refund CVS items which they do not stock. I had to drive back to CVS Uptown to get a refund. No more CVS for me - anywhere!! #CVSsucks

As everyone is aware, CVS is a trashy company but this location is particularly terrible. Do not fill your RX here if you value your life.

Charged me for two prescriptions and only gave me one.and of course they took her word for it. Now I'm out of my amoxicillin. Why would I lie about that? If I wanted to lie about one it would have been the pain meds. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!

Female manager at store very unprofessional did not want to sell me a gift card due to her suspicion of being a scammer of some sort then told me to get out of the store before she calls security so i had to leave, i wont ever go to that store nor do i recommended
