Their photo machine is always down. This is the second time I have paid for photos and they aren’t ready. Never received my refund for the 1st incident and had to go to another CVS to have my photos printed. Now it has happened again and they do not know when it will be fixed and can’t send order to ant other store. So I have to wait until it’s fixed. Also They never answer the phone!!

Pharmacy area very helpful even when closed, the place is nice and clean and lighting is great. Must wear mask when entering. Self check out stations in this location.

CVS 4202 ROSS AVE, DALLAS, TXnI stood at an EMPTY cash register waiting for assistance for 15 min. I walked to the pharmacy to ask them to paige someone TWICE. NO ONE SHOWED UP! So then I called the store and no one picked up, so I was transferred to the pharmacy who paged someone again. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I was tempted to walk over to the office door and knock, and then suddenly TWO WORKERS CASUALLY WALK OUT OF THE OFFICE DOOR LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. They look sleepy and out of it, probably just woke up from their after noon nap while 5 CUSTOMERS were waiting. Then they don't even ask who's next in line. They just go to the register and start scanning items. And how convenient that neither were wearing name tags!!!nI WILL NOT RETURN TO CVS. It is only WALGREENS OR TARGET from now on.
