Extremely rude pharmacists, especially Tisha. She never greets customers and it feels as if you are bothering her when you ask for your refills. It took days to have a simple question answered.

The customer service at this location particularly with the pharmacy never good. You always feel like a bother and they never want to help explain things or walk you through a prescription. I've been coming here and dealing with it for far too long I think it's time to move to a new pharmacy

Ii truly hope the store manger reads this email because the customer service in this location is extremely POOR and I will be contacting customer service as well. Came into the store to buy travel size products and the manger that was on duty repeatedly positioned himself to see the mirror on the ceiling to see me and my partner and even had an employee stand in the same isle. To be instantly judged as soon as you enter a store just buy the color of your skin says alot. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY IF YOUR OF THE AFRICAN DECENT.

HORRIBLE Customer Service.nI approached the checkout counter and was the only person there. Two employees behind the count - both ignored me. After standing there too long I asked if they could check me out (I guess having to ask for someone to take your money is standard procedure at a CVS We Don't Care store). The man look at me and then said, let me finish with her. Apparently, a lady’s items were rung up and the she wanted something else. So, they allowed her to finish shopping, return to the register and everyone else can just wait to pay for their items. I left the store without buying anything and went to Walgreen's.

I stopped by the CVS to buy some a few small items. At check out the woman told me that if I sign up for Carepass I would received $10 off my purchase. She said it was a customer loyalty program. She failed to mention that Carepass charges people $5 a month! I signed up thinking it was a points program similar to Walgreens with no charge. Then I saw an unauthorized charge on my card for $5. I tried to call CVS to figure out what was going on and the Carepass cancel line flat out says you can't cancel right now! A COMPLETE FRAUD! AVOID THIS CVS AND ITS EMPLOYEES AT ALL COST!!!!
