My brother was charged for false accusations the worst part he is blind and diabetic with type 2 . And their facility don’t take care of them . Anything happens to him because he disability and his health problem they will be responsible for not been imprudent with their health needs
Trying to find out if the court hpuse has been reopened but there is now answer
Jury selection process is a waste of time. There has to be a better system in place. Why are jurors being selected AFTER 4pm. Judges and attorneys have no respect for the citizens of this county who try to do right and show up. A flipping joke! Asked to be there at 8am. Not called into the court until almost 12pm (to complete a 1 page questionnaire) told to go to lunch and be back by 1:30pm not called back into the court until 2p. In front of attorneys for 2 hours. Judge gives a 30 min recess so they can pick 13 people. Called back in after 4:30 pm. (All clerks are GONE, no getting paperwork to return to work). Don’t leave the court until almost 5pm. Way to go Dallas County...good luck on those re-elections. My time matters too!
Drove 4 hours after talking with people there about visitation only to find out they have not had visitation in a long time. no one said anything about the video visitation or how to to do it. There was one officer lady that answered the phone that was so helpful.
I've had a decent experience with the judges so far, I'm going into a custody process for my son that has been fair but not just always.
