First time rental from Hertz. Our experience was a great one. Making reservation on the phone was better because the told me, I can get discount been a AAA member. Picking up the car went smooth. The agent at Hertz was very nice and helpful, caring and respectful. And prices are great. Thank you Hertz.

Made a reservation a week ago and came to pick it up and have been here an hour and expect to be here longer. There is a room of 15 people in the same situation. We are being told tomorrow may be a better chance to get a car. Everyone in here had a reservation. We keep being told reservations do not mean you will get it. I told them they should call it a wishlist instead of a reservation.

Don't not do business with this company. Not just the location but the entire company. They rob people of their hard earned money. I prepaid for a week rental do to a car wreck. After finding a new car earlier than expected I returned the vehicle early. After being handed a copy of the receipt and told only the deposit will be refunded. I find out that the 3 remaining days on the contract will not be refunded. So I asked for the keys back. Then I'm told that they can't give us back the keys because the contract is already closed. I was instructed to call customer service 1-800 which was no help. They do not care or value their customers. The entire company is a theif!
