Horrible experience through Turo and this company. At first everything seemed too good to be true with low rates and a nice ride for 3 days, and that’s exactly how it turned out. Too good to be true. Ended up getting hit with a bunch of upcharges during checkout. And when I dropped the car off with a minor scratch I got told the cost repair would be $800. This is a joke! And then when I paid the invoice I get a call from a debt collector saying it wasn’t paid! All of this within a week of dropping it off! This place is NOT about a customer experience, this is a company that will nickel and dime you to death to try to make a profit. Ridiculous!
Clueless unprofessional management. And cars do not work properly. Either Bluetooth or backup camera something will be wrong. Would not recommend.
Fantastic experience and service. Great people to do business with for car rentals. I booked them on TURO and the whole thing was a breeze.
These folks are a pleasure to work with and make the car rental process extremely simple and stress free for my business travels. Luxury cars accompanied by luxury service. I cannot recommend Peer Automotiv highly enough!
Very pleased with the service and the owners are great at what they do. Would recommend them to all and would leave more then 5 stars if I could!
