Loved the guy that put me in my car. He was smooth! I forgot his name!!!! He truly made me feel like I was their favorite customer! He answered my questions quickly, and maintained the perfect amount of small talk. For an experience that is usually hectic, this just felt easy. Thanks again. I’ll be using Enterprise from now on!
The first gentlemen that took care of the paperwork was less than cordial and was rushing me out of there but the person who took me to my vehicle was very nice and professional. The vehicle was a high end SUV that could have been cleaned a little better but it worked great for what I was planning on my trip. After having the SUV for approximately four days I was happy that it had a lot of functions that helped me out like the navigation system, uppon returning the SUV the person who helped me was nice and helpful. Overall I have to say that it was a decent experience.
Our go to for rental cars!
National, Enterprise and one other rental company are in one building. That was a little confusing because we tried to walk in the Enterprise door and saw other people having the same issue. So the line was a little long because all 3 companies stand in the same line. Also our car smelled like marijuana and we didn’t realize until the representative left. Other than that our rental with Enterprise was great. The price was reasonable. We had the option to pick between 3 different cars when we got there. Drop off was easy.
Recently rented a car from Enterprise. Vehicle was immaculate and ready to go upon arrival. Personable and efficient staff from start to finish. Easy check in and check out process. Reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!
