October 20 2019 we had a storm last night by far one of the lightest storms we have had in my area power went out at 1 am here my kids food milk and baby formula is rotting in my fridge we have been without power for 12 hours and counting oncore has claimed they are working on it changing the estimated time five times so far 5 am it was suppose to be fix 6 am 10 am 1pm now it’s 3 pm when stuff happens like this it’s time to make moves oncore not stand by we pay for power get your sh*t together
