As always customer service was extremely helpful. Very informative on what I was looking for. I shopped around at other stores and they had the best price. I actually went in for a Patagonia sling bag 8L. I've been shopping with them since the 90' at their mockingbird location in Dallas. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
Cool place to browse and shop but very limited cotopaxi selection. Lots of Patagonia, though. Fun to browse the backpacks too
Always extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Interesting stock that's pretty hard to find elsewhere.
Invasive, rude associate walked across the store to tell me how to wear my mask—used to love this place, but I’m not interested in self righteous authoritarianism. I’ll take my christmas shopping elsewhere — willing to adjust this rating if an appropriate response is given.
