Mann was very patient in listening to what I wanted, and he did an excellent job framing the artwork I brought in (2 large prints and a photo collection). He was good about communicating the different considerations in framing artwork and the timeline for the work. He knew how much the 2 prints in particular meant to me, so he photocopied the artist/print details from the back of the paper and pasted them on the back of the frame. Great attention to detail, great all around!!

Looked the place up online. Drove over and the door was locked. Cars in front, got back in my car waited a bit. Car #2 pulls up goes to the door and someone comes and lets them inside. I didnt know It was members only frame store. Total inconvenience.
