I've been a customer here for years, and I love that they greet me by name, especially in the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff especially has been extremely helpful with questions about insurance coverage or medications, and, several times, have gone the extra mile for me.

I had the worst experience with one of the manager's at this location while corresponding over the phone. This Walgreens is a Fedex pickup location. I routed my package to this location and wanted my brother to pick up the package to bring to my mother in time for Mother's Day since I was out of town. I called Fedex and explained the situation. They said sure, no problem. They instructed me to send my brother with different items for authorization. I called Walgreens to make them aware. The manager said this wasn't acceptable and to give her 2 hours to call Fedex. She dismissed my brother without even looking at any of the items he brought up there. She never asked to see the tracking number or any of his information. I even called back with Fedex on the line with me and she spoke over me and told me she couldn't speak with them because they were already on the line with me. Horrible leadership, no customer service skills. My package is still there. I will have to pay to ship it again when I am back in town to pick it up. I was so upset at the way she treated me.

Seems like a lot of these bad reviews are about the pharmacy and that's a shame to judge the whole store on that. Excellent customer service from the front cashiers. Great photo department too! Thanks for all the hardwork!!

Really bad costumer service .. I went to Walgreens at 8:30 pm and I asked to send money using Western Union, but the machine was off. They turned it on and I waited for 30 minutes, then they said sorry we are closing without trying to help me! Very bad costumer service and they won't even to work!nIf there is no star that will be good because even one star is too much for them.
