Calling to the pharmacy for a prescription was traumatic experience. The lady Funilayo was so awful and rude and was not helpful. She claimed she needed information that we already provided and kept arguing it was incorrect when in fact it was. I complained that I am writing a review for her bad customer service and hung up. She then called me back asking why I was leaving her a bad review and continued to insult me and didn’t allow me to speak. What an awful representation from such an amazing company. I will never call this pharmacy again.

Stay away from this cvs pharmacy, i had an appointment for a covid test and that doesn’t mean nothing to them because they delayed it for about an hour, once i got to the window it was another 10 mins because they are not prepared, i can compare this service bc I went with my relative and myself to other cvs and the experience is completely different they help you around your schedule time if not earlier and because covid test are common they have everything prepared. ON TOP OF ALL THIS 6 DAYS LATER TEST CAME BACK TNP . So they did absolutely nothing but waste my time and not no results

The store itself is great. However, the pharmacy is horrific. I waited at the pick up desk for about ten minutes before being acknowledged by either workers. The staff is insanely rude and quick to smart mouth you. Had a quick and simple question about insurance coverage of my medication but was literally yelled and smart mouthed by the worker to pay and leave. Zero stars if possible. SO DISRESPECTFUL!

The only reason I am giving this pharmacy one star is because zero stars is not an option. They have horrible people skills. They make commitments that they are unwilling to fulfill. I have been trying to get my trilogy filled for a week and they keep telling me it will be in tomorrow as soon as they order it . They are all about pushing prescriptions and could give a care about the customer. If it weren't for my insurance making me use CVS I would have been long gone. Just saying buyer beware!
