If I could chose ZERO stars I would’ve ... Doing some leg work for my doctors office to make it easier on everyone... I called the pharmacy today to ask if my certain medication was in stock before my Doctor would call it in. And I was told that because I’m a couple hours from my home area HEB on vacation at the moment, and Because I haven’t filled with an HEB since In a few months , that I should call CVS or another pharmacy and if they couldn’t help to call back. I work for the largest company in the world and travel all over the United States for my job and my prescription has never been a problem at any pharmacy / anywhere / EVER! I Know this isn’t HEBs policy and this is obviously a personal policy this person I spoke to is obviously trying to invoke upon me and probably others. This makes me not even want to go grocery shopping there now. I’m now forced to try and fill my prescription at other places I’ve never filled at and can only see more drama with those phone calls I’m about to make. Learn the policy / if the doctor has the ability to legally call in the prescription and I’m legally allowed to pick it up, don’t try to interpret the law into your own ways. Absolutely disgusted!!!!

So slow!! I was the only one in the drive and i waited 15 minutes. They need more than one person to take care of customers to get people in and out quickly.

Very poor customer service. When a doctor send in a script . They do it cuz they know what they are doing . The pharmacist is very rude and has very poor customer service. And I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had problems with her.
